By signing the invoice, the customer understands and agrees with the following Terms & Conditions Of Service.
The service call fee is assigned for the visit and diagnostics services only and will be waived with the repair except for an emergency call repair service.
A service call fee is not refundable.
Any canceled payments or unpaid invoices over 30 days will be forwarded to a licensed debt collection contractor at the expense of the unpaying customer, who will also be responsible for any additional fee the collector assigns.
Any ELECTRONIC parts that have been installed are not returnable or refundable except in cases of applicable warranty.
All electronic and electrical parts such as control boards, non-fusible sensors/thermostats carry a 1-year warranty.
All provided labor services have a 30-day warranty.
In case of repair cancelation, except if parts have already been installed, the customer is only responsible for the service call fee multiplied by the number of visits.
All estimates are valid for 15 days.
All invoices with no indicated issues have a 15-day term for free recall.
